Our mission

Sport is a place to belong — for every young person.

In Finnish, Sisu means quiet, determined courage — the strength to keep going. Like the birch tree, our young athletes are resilient, and they grow stronger when supported.

We provide gear and club fees so that displaced youth in Helsinki can step onto the field, the court, the track — and find a community that says, you belong here.
